Interactions with other members must be polite and respectful wherever possible.

#3.1The pinging of team members or roles is strictly prohibited. Unnecessary replies to messages from team members should also be avoided.

#3.2Writing to team members via DM is only permitted in extreme emergencies and can lead to a support ban.

#3.3If you have problems or questions with one of our products, you should ask for help in the chat before opening a ticket.

Advertising, false statements, defamation or anything else of this kind are prohibited and will be punished consistently.

Forwarding or sharing chat messages and images to third parties outside this server is prohibited.

#6.1Passing on or reselling our products to third parties is prohibited and will be punished with a permanent ban.

#6.2If one of our products is leaked there will be no refund of the price.

#6.3RiP Development cannot offer refunds without a reasonable cause. If your product is faulty, please contact our support team so that the problem can be resolved as quickly as possible.

#6.4The source code of our scripts is always encrypted. Scripts can nevertheless be customized via the config and HTML file. Decrypting the code can lead to the license being revoked and a permanent ban.

#6.5RiP Development is not obliged to update the licenses and roles after leaving the Discord server.

#7.1Access to support is a privilege and can be withdrawn without warning for various reasons, such as rule violations.

#7.2We are generally unable to offer regular support for products obtained free of charge.

#7.3Participation in giveaways is voluntary. The server team may reject or remove entries at any time without providing a reason. Prizes may be revoked from unverified or suspicious users and will be forfeited without compensation. Prizes cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for cash.

The team has full decision-making power and decides for itself which penalty it considers appropriate.
